Due to high demand and order volume, orders may take up to 10–14 business days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, orders are handed over to our fulfillment partners for shipment.

International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
Petss and Paws is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package until delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
