DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Photos showing the damage or defect, and

A brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
By placing an order with us, you agree to our estimated shipping time frames listed at checkout. Most orders arrive on time, but delays can occasionally occur due to customs or postal issues beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived 15 business days beyond our stated delivery window, please contact us. We’ll be happy to resend your order or issue a full refund.
RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Petss and Paws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery details — including date, time, tracking number, and shipping carrier — so you can follow up directly with the carrier.
